ii. Mutation on inheritance

                 1. Proof of death of the land owner (Death Certificate/ Panchayat Recommendation/ Councilor Recommendation)
                 2. Parcha of the land to be mutated
                 3. Sikkim Subject Certificate/ Certificate of Identification / Citizenship Certificate
                4. Partition Deed(Optional)
                5. Spot inspection Report

iii. Mutation on Registration

viii. Change in Land Use/pattern

1. 1. 1.    Fees: BR of Rs 50/- for Parcha and Rs 300/- for Spot Verification Fee.
      2. Procedure: 
         1. Submit application to the SDM/ Revenue Officer stating the requirement of change in Land Use/Pattern.
            2. The concerned RO forwards the application to the Revenue Surveyor for Spot Verification.
            3. The Revenue Surveyor submits the Spot Verification Report to the RO
            4. If spot verification report is found satisfactory ,change is recorded in the system and new Parcha/ROR is generated and provided   
      3.  Documents Required:
         1.  Old Parch
         2.   COI/SSC
         3.  Latest Khajana
         4. Application Requesting Correction in ROR for Change in land Pattern

ix. Change in Land Use (for Industrial Use)

  Fees: BR of Rs 50/- for Parcha and Rs 300/- for Spot Verification Fee.
   Procedure: 1. Submit application to the SDM/ Revenue Officer stating the requirement of change in Land Use .
   2. The concerned RO forwards the application to the Revenue Surveyor for Spot Verification.
   3. The Revenue Surveyor submits the Spot Verification Report to the RO. (The request will not be considered if the land is not found to be under dry field category.)
  4. Report from Mines & Geology has to be obtained by the applicant.(The request will not be considered if the land falls under Zone 4 or Zone 5 category).
   5. Report from UD/HD has to be obtained by the applicant for area declaration i.e Rural or Urban area .
   6. A report is prepared after determining factors like location , its commercial prospect, land category etc.
   7. If found satisfactory ,change is recorded in the system and new Parcha/ROR is generated and provided.
